Dave Henkel
President
A driving force behind Johnson & Quin's transformation into an integrated marketing services company, Dave joined Johnson & Quin in 1977 and became President in 1988. He began the first five years of his business career in marketing research, focusing on the financial services and retailing sectors. A graduate of The University of Illinois, he holds an MBA from Indiana University, and has served as a board member and Secretary/Treasurer of the Electronic Documents System Foundation. Currently Dave serves as an Advisory Board member to the Interactive Marketing program at Northern Illinois University. Outside of business, Dave is a distance runner and also enjoys downhill skiing and golf.

Bob Arkema
Vice President
Bob is an industry veteran with 20+ years of experience. He began his career in sales working for several well known industry organizations developing new business opportunities and implementing their direct marketing campaigns. He furthered his experience by moving into management and in his current role as Vice President, Bob oversees all aspects of Johnson & Quin's organization. He works to continue to expand Johnson & Quin's capabilities in the integrated marketing channels. Bob holds a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. Bob enjoys spending time with his family, playing table tennis, and is a history buff.

Brad Anliker
Director of Sales & Marketing
Brad brings solid knowledge to Johnson & Quin with over 20 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. He started his career with J&Q in 1991 as an Account Executive, responsible for national business development of full-service direct mail campaigns. Brad expanded his sales experience with positions held at Fetter and Japs-Olson. In 2004, Brad's career path led him to MailNet Express, a technology-based company providing web-based marketing solutions and integrated customer communication services. In 2006, Brad relocated to the Chicagoland area to rejoin Johnson & Quin to manage sales team, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. He holds a BA in Communications from The University of Iowa.

Bob Granat
Director of Operations
Since 1989, Bob has wrapped his hands around every aspect of printing and direct mail production. His experience includes production and estimating positions with AJ Kennedy/Graphic Direct and RR Donnelley. At Johnson & Quin, he started as Manager of Production Services and was later promoted to Director of Operations in 2001. Bob holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. When not at work, Bob enjoys tackling home and yard improvement projects, and all things related to his children's upbringing (in-school and after-school activities, comic book and superhero conventions, and pro sporting events).

Manish Haria
CIO/CSO
Manish Haria has been with Johnson & Quin since 2000 working in various positions in the company's IT department. A graduate of Mumbai University in India, Manish has a strong technical background that includes an IBM certification DB2 Database Administration and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. As CIO/CSO for Johnson & Quin, Manish is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of all technology-related assets for the organization. When not focused on IT matters, Manish enjoys spending time with his family.

Andrew Henkel
Manager of Corporate Accounts
Andrew Henkel joined Johnson & Quin in July of 2006 as an Account Executive responsible for selling integrated marketing solutions. He began his sales career as an account executive for Cardinal Health in California and Hawaii. Henkel is a member of Johnson & Quin's executive management team and is responsible for managing new business opportunities resulting from corporate acquisitions and partnerships, as well as fostering relationships with his direct client base. Henkel holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado. Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, surfing and skiing.

Jean Locklund
Director of Human Resources
Jean made the move to Johnson & Quin in 1990. Prior to joining Johnson & Quin, she held management positions in human resources at Sprint, Brookshore Lithographers, and Nalco Chemical. She currently oversees all hiring and company policy initiatives. Jean graduated from Roosevelt University with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.

Bonnie Magnine
Chief Financial Officer
Bonny began her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser in 1985. Prior to joining Johnson & Quin in 1995, she worked for the Children's Press division of Grolier Education. Bonny holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Illinois at Chicago and is a registered CPA in the state of Illinois.

Gary Ross
Director of New Business Development
For 40 years Gary was the owner and president of Compuletter, which specialized in personalized direct marketing, fulfillment, database and list management services. In 2010, Compuletter became a part of Johnson & Quin, and Gary has helped lead the incorporation of Compuletter's services into Johnson & Quin's Integrated Marketing Solutions. Gary brings to Johnson & Quin expertise on complete direct marketing solutions from consultative advice, list rental, database management, print brokering, variable data printing, complete mailing services both machine and manual, fulfillment, four color digital print, e-commerce, PURLs, QR codes, and more for the small to medium size mailer. Gary holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Kay Wilt
Director of Account Management
Kay started with Johnson & Quin in 1986, working in marketing, sales, and account management. She currently directs the account management and JQXpress departments where all aspects of client programs, both large and small, are managed. Programs include direct mail, fulfillment, email and database. Kay began her career working in advertising and marketing for custom printed sportswear and healthcare supply companies. When not in the office, Kay enjoys spending time with her husband and two active daughters, gardening, reading, and walking blue-eyed dog, Tegan.
